1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Mannadiar Media Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of the Spin Wheel mobile application and related services (the "Services"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. What the App Does
Spin Wheel lets you build wheels of options and spin them to select one at random. It also offers optional AI features that generate wheel options or colour palettes from a short description you type.
3. The Spin Is Random
Results are produced by a random number generator and are weighted only by any weights you set yourself. We make no guarantee that any particular option will or will not be selected, and repeats are expected: on a wheel of ten options, roughly one spin in ten will repeat the previous result. This is normal randomness, not a fault.
The Services are intended for casual decision-making and entertainment. Do not rely on them for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.
4. AI Credits and Advertising
AI generation consumes credits. Credits are granted free on installation, replenished daily, and can be topped up by watching rewarded advertisements. Credits:
- have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money;
- are tied to your installation, not to you, and are lost if you clear app data or uninstall;
- are not transferable between devices or people;
- may be adjusted, expired, or revoked where we detect abuse or automated use.
We may change the number of free credits, the rate at which they replenish, or the amount granted per advertisement at any time.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI features are powered by third-party models. Generated options and palettes are produced automatically and are not reviewed by us before you see them. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, original, or suitable for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything you generate before relying on it or sharing it.
You must not use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to deceive or harm others.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use automated tools, scripts, or modified builds of the app to access our servers;
- attempt to obtain AI credits other than through the means the app provides;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its network traffic;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or block access from any installation that breaches these terms.
7. Your Content
The wheels, lists, and themes you create are yours. They are stored on your device and we claim no ownership of them. Because they are stored only on your device, we cannot recover them if you uninstall the app or lose the device — please keep your own record of anything important.
8. Our Content
The app itself, including its name, design, artwork, built-in themes, and starter content, is owned by Mannadiar Media Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
9. Advertisements
The Services are supported by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third parties and we do not control or endorse their content. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and them.
10. Availability
We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party providers; they may be unavailable, slow, or discontinued at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred rupees (INR 100).
13. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palakkad, Kerala, India.
